Attempting to resuscitate a Bally Wulff Rototron Doppelkrone Super 2 slot machine - Part 2
Since plugging the machine instantly trips the breaker and most of the plug seems to be charred or even electrically welded(?) the PSU needs a good look and at least the plug replaced.
The PSU casing. It is screwed to the power supply using a plastic headed screw at the top. Seems to have never been removed. Before removing the PSU cover the Service Plug Cover at the bottom should be removed / made it easier in my careful attempt to not break anything (yet).

The inside of the PSU. Filthy and even worse: rusted and moldy in a lot of places.

Taking it out of the Chassis by removing the 6 Screws in the back, the image gets even worse.

Those images are AFTER cleaning a lot of it to even see anything. This looks sadly like not really salvagable to me. The rust / assumed water damage everywhere, the mold / spores / and whatever the earthy stuff is, would require a full disassembly, deeeeeeeep cleaning and rechecking every connection / measuring.
Not sure yet if i will attempt to fully clean it, or just build a new one with some more modern, non 1991 components.
As a bonus some pictures of the back of the PSU Board

Also a cracked and leaking / leaked filter(?).
